Your role:

  • Develop quality JavaScript, HTML and CSS for tablets and smart phones

Skills:

Regional Sales Manager, Mobile Ad Sales (NYC & CA)

Crisp Wireless is seeking Regional Sales Managers to cover both East and West territories.  Candidates must have strong agency and client relationships in their region along with a proven track record of accomplishment in interactive advertising sales, rich media ad serving technology sales and, or mobile advertising sales. A minimum of 5 years of digital sales experience is required. Reporting to the Head of Ad Sales. Based out of New York or Los Angeles.

Responsibilities include:

  • Selling Crisp’s mobile rich media advertising platform to media agencies, creative agencies and brands
  • Close collaboration with Publisher Sales teams
  • High volume of presentations to media, creative and ad operations and analytics teams at major digital advertising agencies
  • Ability to exceed revenue goals consistently
  • Forecasting, tracking and reporting sales performance

Skill Set Profile:

  • A strong understanding of digital ad serving technology, ad operations and analytics
  • Strong prospecting and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with rich media ad serving technology
  • Rich media advertising sales experience (Eyeblaster,Pointroll, etc)
  • Mobile ad sales experience
  • Publisher side ad sales with an extensive understanding and appreciation for the value of rich media advertising

Director, Publisher Business Development
Crisp Wireless is seeking a senior Business Development professional to help grow its rich media publisher network.  Candidates must have strong publisher relationships along with a proven track record of accomplishment in striking partnerships with large media companies.  A minimum of 7 years of digital experience is required. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer. Based out of NYC.

Responsibilities include:

  • Setting up meetings with heads of Sales, BD or Marketing at large digital media content publishers
  • High volume of presentations to media companies, social networks and channel partners
  • Executing partnerships with publishers and ad networks to increase the distribution footprint of Crisp Rich Media
  • Close collaboration with Crisp Ad Sales and Ad Operations to ensure campaign growth post-deal signing
  • Forecasting, tracking and reporting sales performance

Skill Set Profile:

  • Experience building and closing publisher relationships for an ad network or rich media technology company
  • A strong understanding of digital ad serving technology, ad operations and analytics
  • Authoritative, articulate presentation abilities
  • Aggressive prospecting skills
  • Familiarity with rich media business model and value proposition

Crisp Wireless is looking for an experienced Ad Operations Campaign Manager to become part of our team. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and have experience trafficking large campaigns in the online advertising industry; experience with mobile ad servers is a big plus. Candidates must have hands on experience in technologies used to support online advertising operations, including ad serving, HTML, Flash, Java-Script, and third-party ad tags. 2 - 5 years ad operations experience is required. This position is based in New York City.
 
Responsibilities include: 
 
  • Communicate with the Client Services and Sales teams and facilitate ad campaign launches. 
  • Interact and coordinate with internal departments to obtain and test ad creative and ensure successful campaign delivery. 
  • QA creative submissions and troubleshoot issues that may occur while the campaigns are in progress. 
  • Monitor ad delivery and recommend campaign optimization options as needed. 
  • Investigate reporting discrepancies.
  • Serve as the publisher point of contact for all technical issues.
  • Work with development team on building internal tools to streamline ad trafficking and reporting process.
Qualifications: 
 
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 2-5 years of experience online operations for a publisher, large ad agency, or ad network
  • Experience working with mobile ad campaigns a plus
  • Experience with HTML, JavaScript, Flash and rich media
  • Ability to create, modify and troubleshoot most ad types. 
  • Industry knowledge of third party ad serving programs
  • Ability to produce reports and analyze data to make recommendations on campaign optimizations
  • Experience with communicating with sales, client services, developers and product groups
